Lot of bad reviews on here, well, I suppose you only hear about the bad ones. Ordered an Apachie electric scooter on here, priced at £220. Good price to start with, however the discount code offerd brought it down to £200. Sounds too good to be true but, after paying through PayPal and waiting patiently, the scooter arrived within 5 days, nicely within the 7-10 working days window. The scooter was nicely boxed, and on unboxing with minimal assembly........ it worked very well. There isn't an app available for it but for the price you can't go wrong. Value for money....well done Groupon.?

The chat customer service worked well, they asked me to wait a couple of days for missing order. When items still didn’t arrive they offered me a reorder, credit or refund. I asked for a refund as only wanted specific items and refund being processed, so I’m satisfied. The chat is available even late into the evening.

Initially was anxious after reading some bad reviews and issues on Facebook and trust pilot however I would like to put people’s minds at ease because I’ve had nothing but exemplary service from the live chat conversation and phone conversation (I needed to re confirm sizes as the order stated inches and not cm lol?) I was rest assured that the product would arrive by Mother’s Day and that the sizes were all correct. I would like to assure the future customers that the service I have received is exemplary and the finished product brought tears to my eyes. My advice to go through Group On for your voucher and you will of grabbed yourself a awesome product of the year. The quality of the fleece is silky and warm and the imagery is as set out in the picture product and photos I edited in perfectly even though it said one picture may be slight blurred. If you want a keep safe for life this is it. It’s arrived by 11.03.21 before Mother’s Day as promised. This is highly recommended and ignore the bad reviews on Facebook and trust pilot, I know people may of had problems however if you work through this problems effectively there will always be a solution. I have generally have been very happy with what I’ve bought from Groupon - I have done my research beforehand and often gone for ‘brands’ rather than unknown makers whose quality may be doubtful. However, I have been very critical of their customer services recently, and also their warehouse staff for incomplete and damaged orders. However, not only have I received a Groupon credit for one order, but the other has been credited to my credit card! Result! Perhaps fellow critics need to just persevere and keep emotions out of their dealings with Groupon. I will continue to shop with Groupon (when I know it’s a good deal) and I will pursue them with vengeance if things go wrong! Happy shopping!

I see a lot of bad comments about groupon but I ordered something 4 days ago and it arrived today. Exactly how it looked and was advertised on website?????

Bought ladies winter boots with furry tops, but really more like slippers. Very soft and comfortable but not stable enough for walking very long. Use around the house/garden or popping out in car.

I bought the Pyrex cook and bake bundle with arrived in good condition, however I hadn't realised that the sizes given in the item spec. included the little tab handles so the actual usable space is rather smaller than I'd expected which is disappointing. I do also find it irritating with this company that you can't buy multiple items and combine postage outside a specific offer. It bumps the price up having to add postage to every item bought.

I have had to amend this review as I was completely wrong. I have now received these smartwatches and they are exactly what I ordered. Please ignore my previous review. I am honest enough to admit when I am wrong. The company could do with offering contact details to allay any fears people may have, when ordering from them. amended on 26th October 2020.Apologies to Groupon.

Awful never again . Twice tried to book restaurants both disasters . You can book on line having paid but one hotel was fully booked for tea until the end of Nov and no spaces at all , the other although I had a booking doesn’t even open for lunch ! My daughter noticed the restaurant was closed at lunch time . Both merchants can’t speak to Groupon and doing more harm than good with their customers . Want my money back but awful company to get hold of anyone . They take your money and don’t deliver .

I have had a fantastic first time experience with groupon, I found a really good deal on a baby monitor which at first I thought was too good to be true, however I was surprised when I received my order within 5 days of placing it. The monitor is excellent and was brand new I can’t believe I just bagged a bargain! Thank you!

This is an update to my post 3 days ago I have had a full refund to my bank account .I would still not trust groupon and not purchase anything from them in the future.
